Just a Little Crazy: Otis Hensley to Run for Governor in 2011

Ol’ Otis “Bullman” Hensley (D) will be running for Governor again. For the 3rd time, natch.

He sent his letter to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance on Monday. He’s from Harlan County, a democrat (so he’ll compete against Stevie B.) and the third overall candidate if you count indie Lexington attorney Gatewood Galbraith.

According to our compatriots at C-J, his best showing in the polls was in 2003 when he received 3.3% in the Dem primary. Later, he nabbed 1.1% of the vote in 2007.
