The Irony: Ben Chandler’s Own Constituents Don’t Approve of Sotomayor

I took a quick trip over to Ben Chandler‘s House of Representatives website, and saw that they were conducting a poll on their constituents approval of Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor. Here’s the results:

Now, I know Chandler won’t be casting a vote on Sotomayor’s approval (since that’s left to the Senate) but is there any doubt he would vote against her? Nope, none. But, the people he is supposed to represent disapprove of her. Kinda like when Chandler voted for Cap ‘n Tax despite the repercussions for the states coal industry. He’s a party hack.
